Temperature control valve core automatic assembly machine
This equipment utilizes a vibratory feeder to automatically supply 16 components of the temperature-controlled valve spool, completing assembly through linear flow-line assembly. The copper cap locking mechanism employs a servo control system with adjustable torque, automatically sorting defective units into designated boxes when abnormal force/torque occurs during locking.
